 CTX is not a super fast and top nice car! It is however a super functional and top nice kitchen series in the entirely exclusive class.
CTX is short for "Ceramic Titanium Extreme" – an outstanding technological conquest of ceramic titanium and steel. With its raven-black coating that elegantly plays into the satin finished steel outside, the CTX design stands out in style. The lids are made of satin polished stainless steel with a glass centre, convenient to view the food without having to lift the lid. Furthermore, the handles are of cast stainless steel, and thus stay cool longer.
CTX can be used on all energy sources, including induction. The base and sides of the CTX products are constructed of two layers of satin finish, high-quality stainless steel with an aluminium core. On the inside, they are coated with ceramic titanium, which is heated to 20,000 degrees prior to processing – and finally coated with the non-stick PTFE surface.
The fusion of the steel, making up the outside and base of the product, ensures a fast and even heat distribution. The contents are thus evenly heated and the food will not be burnt. CTX’s non-stick coating allows the use of any utensil – including metal ones.
