Apple Dumplings - DenmarkType: Desserts and pastry
Ingredients
9 pcs. 135g flour 80g butter ˝ cup milk 3 eggs 1˝ tsp baking powder Zest of lemon 20g icing sugar ˝ vanilla pod ˝ tsp. cardamom 1 egg white (whipped to a froth) 1 apple cut into small cubes
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and bake in a puff dumpling pan with a little bit of butter.
