 Ingredients A:
225g wheat flour 75g buckwheat flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients B:
2 eggs 1 1/4 cups buttermilk 4 tablespoons oil
 Mix ingredients A together.
Whisk ingredients B together.
Stir the two mixtures together and fry in a blini pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Whisk the crème fraiche 38% and stir in thelumfish roe and herbs and serve with the blinis.
Tip! Try serving with smoked salmon and avocado pieces in crème fraiche with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
