Chocolate fondant with ­”Bleeding Heart”Type: Desserts and pastry

Ingredients

9 pcs.
60g dark chocolate
40g unsalted butter
75g sugar

2 eggs
25g wheat flour
2g salt
1 tsp instant coffee powder
40g chopped almonds



Preparation

Melt chocolate, butter and sugar over a water bath and allow to cool a little.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and stir into the cooled chocolate paste.

Pour into a lightly greased puff dumpling pan and bake for 12 minutes at 160°C. Take out of the oven, cool and refrigerate. Turn out when they are cold and warm carefully under film in
the microwave oven.
