 Ingredients A:
115g. Wheat flour 40g. buckwheat flour 75g. coarse buckwheat 1 teaspoon baking powder ˝ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda ˝ teaspoon sugar
Ingredients B:
1 egg 1 cup buttermilk 2 tablespoons oil
Fresch green and white asparagus.
 Mix ingredients A together.
Whisk ingredients B together.
Stir the two mixtures together and fry in a blini pan for 1-2 min. on each side.
Serve with grilled gren and white asparagus.
