 Ingredients A:
1 cup full-cream milk 150g wheat flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon sugar A little salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 25g soft butter Curry or other spice
10 quails' eggs 5˝ rashers of good bacon Spring oniions 4 artichokes
 Mix ingredients A with a wand blender and fry in a blini pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Break two quail eggs into each blini hollow and fry.
Serve with roasted bacon, fried spring onions and grilled artichokes.
