 Ingredients A:
1 egg 2 tablespoons flour 1/4 cup beer 1 tablespoon melted butter A little salt A little sugar ˝ chili
3 spring onions, chpped 1 mackerel fillet Fresh herbs
 Use a wand blender to mix ingredients A. Add the spring onions. Fry for 1-2 minutes in a blini oan.
Fry the mackerel fillet skinside down and stir the herbs in a little olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
