Ingredients

Serves 4
Ingredients A
½ cup water
1 clove grated garlic
¼ cup white wine
½ cube chicken stock
1 tsp crushed saffron

50g instant mashed potatoes

75g mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, cayenne

Preparation

Bring Ingredients A to the boil and add instant mashed potatoes. Allow to cool and add mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.

Topping Prawns – saute and season with salt, pepper and cayenne
