Ingredients
1 kg Manitoba flour or wheat flour tipo 00 1 liter water 35g salt 25g yeast
Preparation
Mix with a mixer until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl (12-15 minutes). Put into a lightly greased roaster (5 l) and sprinkle with flour. Allow to rise in a warm place for a good 1˝ hours and bake at 250°C for 20 minutes.
