2.5 l saucepan w/lid Fresh pasta or newly lifted potatoes – good ingredients deserve the best preparation. Rice, pasta, potatoes, etc. should be boiled in plenty of water, so that they will not lie bubbling in their own starch.
And how often hasn’t your pasta, rice or potatoes boiled over? This is easily avoided by using a pot big enough to hold as much water as is needed.

The high sides on the saucepan make it possible to reduce sauces, stocks, etc. without risking that it boils over.
24 cm sauté pan w/lid´ Imagine a nice summer evening. The garden table is laid, in the middle stands a small bouquet of wild flowers picked on the way home from a lovely day on the beach. Everybody is waiting for dinner to be served. And as called for, a beautiful, red sauté pan is put on the table – steaming hot directly from the oven. The smell of omelette, crispy bacon, abundantly sprinkled with freshly chopped chives and cherry tomatoes is in the air. Now that’s summer!

The sauté pan has a good depth for braising for instance vegetables under lid in the oven, without them lying on each other. The purpose of braising is to retain the juice, all the while a small amount of concentrated stock is produced, which may be used for a sauce.´
The sauté pan is also suitable for pot roasting for instance poussin and T-bone.
28 cm fry pan Whether you’re 1, 2 or 4 persons – plenty of space is a must on a fry pan. If there is too little space on the pan, the pan will cool down, and the food will boil in stead of fry.
Therefore: plenty of space on a large pan equals a good result.
Apron And to get in the right mood, the apron is the indispensable uniform – "Something just happens to you, when you put on a proper apron. It’s like getting into a racing car with suit and helmet… it all gets more fun and more cool… Chefs are cool, as you know!".
